Undergraduate courses and Study programs
The Molecular Epidemiology teaches, or participates in the Medical and Biomedical Sciences several undergraduate curricula. Furthermore, we provide courses for medical researchers and students from the "Masterplus" honours program, which are also open for researchers from outside the LUMC.
We also offer various opportunities for internships and master thesis projects for students of Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, (Medical) Biology, Life Science & Technology and similar educational programs. "HBO" students can participate in such projects as well.

Graduate courses
The Molecular Epidemiology has frequent series of colloquia where topics of interest to biostatistical sciences are discussed for a general audience. All interested are invited to attend. Please consult the listing of past and present colloquia series.
The department also organises Boerhaave and MGC courses on a regular basis where topics in Medical and Biostatistics are discussed for the benefit of a general post academic and mature audience. Random-effect modelling for longitudinal and correlated data as well as a course on basic and advanced smoothing techniques have been past subjects on which a Boerhaave course has been organised. Keep yourself informed with the agenda of future courses in this area on the Boerhaave and MGC webpage.
In addition to these opportunities, the department supports an active PhD Programme. Please refer to the post-graduate education or research pages for more information on any positions which may be available and the research which is carried out.
These courses are organised by Boerhaave Congress Service.
